We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and circumstances beyond our control, such as Royal Mail delays or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe delivery location is arranged.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once your order has been dispatched.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons.
Refunds for consultation fees are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your order date.
